He is a researcher and social media consultant at INITIATE.MY. Isra used to intern for INITIATE.MY and is an alumnus of Peace Lab for Youth (PLY) programme where he led a team to raise public awareness on better ways to prevent radicalisation. He is also the content director for Benar Betul, a youth-led initiative that aims to educate the public on media literacy while also tackling fake news. He is also currently the student affairs representative for MUDA in his constituency Segambut. Isra’s main goal is to highlight important issues in Malaysia that have been normalised in our society.
