We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Programme Intern! Read the Terms of Reference for the Programme Intern below.
The Programme Intern will support INITIATE.MY’s research, advocacy, and programme implementation related to security governance, preventing and countering violent extremism (PCVE), and human rights in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. The intern will assist in organising training, stakeholder engagements, policy dialogues, and public events, while contributing to research, communications, and project coordination. The internship offers practical experience working with civil society organisations, government agencies, academic institutions, and international partners on programmes that promote evidence-based policy, dialogue, and community resilience.
