The Admin & Finance Officer will support the organisation’s day-to-day administrative, financial, and human resource functions. The role ensures smooth internal operations through effective management of financial processes, digital administrative systems and HR support tasks. The officer also contributes to organisational compliance, accurate financial tracking, and efficient coordination across teams. This position works closely with the Executive Director and programme teams to maintain a well-organised and high-functioning operational environment.
